THE BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME LP (1ST UK MONO 'BLACK AND GOLD' - PARLOPHONE PMC 1202). A solid condition original UK mono 'black and gold' of the seminal debut long player from The Beatles. With Dick James credits for tracks A1, 2, 4, 6, 7, B4 and B6. The record is in VG condition - there are a number of surface/hairline marks to the playing surfaces, though these do not extend deeper than this with no heavier scratched to mention. With sharp and clean labels. Matrix/mother stampers: XEX 421-1N 1 M & XEX 422-1N 1 O. With original Emitex inner. The 1st printing sleeve ('right' aligned Angus McBean credit) is in VG condition - the front nice and clean showing a couple of light and minor creases, there is some damage to the bottom section of the reverse flipback.
