Sqn Ldr O W Epton signed special cover SC13b The Comet Evasion Line RAF escapers cover. Sqn Ldr O W Epton was captain of the Dominie XS730 who flew the cover when it was taken on the Southern Ferries MV Panter to San Sebastian and by courier to Bayonne. It was then carried across the border into Spain and subsequently to Gibraltar, whence it was flown on a training flight to the UK. 3 PTA Spanish stamp postmarked San Sebastian Guipuzcoa 13 Sept 75 stamp.
