A black 1930's crepe/taffeta mixed ladies coat, the coat has a swing panel design at the back, a very full pattern design. The covered buttons are repeated onto the very unusual slit sleeves, with four covered buttons on each sleeve, the gold label has the letters Lilla of London, in gold stitching

The bodice is embellished with a cream lace yoke, with velvet bows, and black sequins, the sleeves have elongated cuffs, in cream lace and black bows, the bodice and skirt are made up of black embossed satin/brocade, the back of the bodice is boned, the front is quite loose because she had the outfit during her pregnancy and the skirt is a large size and full, is also fully lined
