SIR ANTHONY CARO (1924-2013): A framed limited edition art print "Table piece S-14", signed by the artist and complete with original envelope to reverse of frame. This print was part of the Pax Britannica boxed set of prints released in 2004 released as a limited edition of 100, 21cm x 15cm
BR(M) enamels x2 consisting of; CONDITIONS OF TICKETS sign measuring 6in x 4in and with original label attached to the rear Bulwell Common, and a Railway Executive TRESPASS sign measuring 5in x 4in with original label attached to the rear Ilkeston Passenger. Both are in very good condition and purchased by the vendor at the BR Derby Sale of Relics in the 1960's.
BR station sign BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET from the former London and North Western Railway station in the heart of the city. This style of sign were early replacements for the totems which were removed in the 1950's. Screen printed aluminium measures 42in x 19.75in. In ex railway condition.
Totem BR(S) HF SIDCUP from the former South Eastern & Chatham Railway station between Hither Green and Dartford. Totems at this station were only used on the platform extensions as Targets remained on the original platforms and are not common. In excellent condition.
Smokebox numberplate 32353 ex LB&SCR Billington 2-6-0 built at Brighton in 1921. Allocated to 75E Three Bridges for most of its working life and was withdrawn from there in December 1962. Scrapped a year later at Eastleigh Works. Face restored with BR(S) E Triangle in the back. Comes with some magazine pictures of the loco.
Great Western Railway 12 inch dial Rosewood cased fusee drop dial clock circa 1850. The quality English fusee movement has rectangular plates with shaped shoulders, which are held together by turned and shaped pillars. The Rosewood case has Brass and ebony inlay with an integral drop to the surround and is of typical early 19th century Salt Box design with one side door and a bottom door secured by a brass lock. The enamel screen printed iron dial with Roman numerals and GWR is in good condition, this process was used in the 1920's and was short lived. This clock is featured in the Railway Clock book by Ian Lyman Page 83 Fig 3.89 and was sold by the London auction house Bonham's sometime in the 1980's. One of only 4 known survivors of this type of clock and all four show detail differences, so this one is probably unique. Has been tested for a few hours and appears to be in working condition with pendulum and key.

LB&SCR 10 inch Mahogany cased fusee dial clock with a cast brass bezel, manufactured for the London Brighton and South Coast Railway circa 1889 by Grimshaw, Baxter & Elliott Ltd. The chain driven English fusee movement in fully overhauled condition is of typical London style and has rectangular plates, the white enamel hand painted dial displays the legend, B.R.(S). John Walker 1, South Molton St London 796.B. and the rear of the case has been stamped 796 B. The Southern clock records show that this clock was originally supplied to Tulse Hill, Knights Hill Signal Box and was later transferred to Peckham Rye. In fully working condition complete with pendulum and keys.
