A group of Continental silver to include eight town spoons with enamel decorated bowls and crests, a small Scandinavian enamelled dish, diameter 4.5cm, a similar brooch, diameter 4cm, a pair of white metal spoons with heart shaped bowls, a pair or early 19th century silver tea spoons, and two further white metal commemorative spoons, approx 8.06ozt/251g (16).Additional InformationSome of the spoons are misshapen but the enamel is in overall good condition with only surface scratches. The small circular dish is stamped 925, S.G.G. Has heavy tarnishing to the reverse and light surface scratches. The brooch is stamped 925, S above a shield, is decorated with a church, has light surface scratches, a tiny repair chip to the front lower left hand section and heavy tarnishing to the reverse. The two early 19th century spoons are in poor condition and the heart shaped spoons have misshapen stems.
An 18ct yellow gold and diamond solitaire ring, the six claw set diamond approx 0.75ct, size S, approx 4.2g.Additional InformationThere are several issues with the diamond. There are chips to the edge of the stone, one large one has been ground beneath one of the claws but there are numerous other chips. There is a large fracture to the side of one of the claws. The stone id very flat, quite grey in colour and heavily included. Diameter approx 6.45mm.
RAILWAY INTEREST (B.R.); a plated crown wind pocket watch with white enamel dial set with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds hand with both dial and screw back case inscribed 'B.R. (W). 0.4348, diameter 55mm, the second example with hinged back, scratched through 'B.R.(S). 2155, diameter 58mm (2).Additional InformationThe first watch has an area of damage between the four and five parts to the enamel, also several cracks running through the dial and some staining, tarnishing and surface scratches and dents to the case. The second watch has a series of cracks to the dial, is missing the glass and has heavy wear to the case, it has also been over wound and there is no give in the winding crown. Neither are working.
