Minute edge nick at 12 o’clock and with some light porosity, otherwise very fine and toned, with a highly unusual reverse type £2,000-£2,600 --- Provenance: Found near Ely, January 2022 (EMC 2022.0057) Only a single example of this type is listed in Chick’s corpus, a large fragment currently housed within the British Museum’s collection. The present coin appears to be only the second known specimen
