The shoulder straps of 6 cms. The material is embossed with a pattern complete with a long-sleeved jacket having a collar, fitted sleeves and a separate belt in black approx 83 cms. 1920's black long length evening dress with a bias-cut flounce to the skirt, chiffon over jacket with scalloped back, very fine material. Black lace and silk long length evening dress dating from the 1930's. The garment benefits from a full length silk petticoat. The lace dress has a v-neck and back with puff sleeves, poppers and hooks side opening. Black crepe-effect full length evening gown (Harrods) size 12, this dress has spagetti straps and dropped shoulder with black velvet ribbon encircling the bust line, side zip and underskirt. Lastly a russet early 1940's chiffon evening gown with ruched bodice and spagetti shoulder straps, silk-lined.June 16th Condition Reports(a) The Victorian stole has some small tears to the netting, very pretty item.(b) The black dress has no tears, stains and hem is in good condition, beautifully cut.(c) Very fine fabric, with slight wear to the material on the underarms, hand made by a seamstress size 10, side zip.(d) Beautiful dress with no tears, hems are complete overall good condition, size 10.(e) No tears, no stains, hemline in good condition with a stiffened underskirt and a black velvet belt.(f) damage to the underarm area, hemline in good condition, small tear to the bodice, no other visible damage, size 10.
Late 1920's-30's black velvet evening dress with wide shoulder straps approx 3cms, slimline floor length skirt with hand-covered buttons to the rear of the dress, round brass filigree clasps that hook together. 1930s purple satin and blue straight full length evening dress with a satin under-garment, high square neckline bordered with purple satin. 1920s/30s slimline velvet evening gown having a cross-banded front and twenty covered buttons as a feature. Late 1920s dark blue three tier fringed crepe dress. The dress is likely handmade, sleeveless with a short bolero jacket with fringes. There is a blue silk under-garment which has been torn, it appears that each fringe has been hand-sewn onto the crepe, a stunning dress. June 16th Condition Reports(a) There is some loose stitching to the top bust area an 8cms tear to the material just below back buttons, velvet belt approx 27 cms. No visible stains, hemline in good order, size 10(b)Small holes in the net to ront and one tear to hemline size 10/12.(c) There is wear to the lining of the dress it is delicate and has some discolouration to the material in patches on the section below the waist, size 8/10. (d)There is some minor staining to the under arm area.

(b) This dress is tired with no obvious signs of tears or damage it would be quite lovely with a steam.(c) Some damage to material around both armpits and to the dress and jacket, some holes to the fabric around the neck and back of the dress (barely noticeable), very delicate, size 10.

The dress has two large net black bands to the skirt each approx 17cms in depth. The skirt appears to be in good condition, with a matching evening bag containing some hair ornaments, however there are a few holes in the fabric. Side zip opening approx 30 cms. 1950's mushroom-pink satin with pleated halter neck and strapless bodice with painted floral designs in white, blue, turquoise and ceriese made by Adrian of 65-67 Regent Street London, having a black velvet ribbon band to bust with a satin underskirt and stiffened petticoat. 1940's gold colour sain strapless evening dress with boned bodice, the top section is ruched in pleated satin witha short over-section to waist. The dress has a long skirt and a train attached to the waist at the rear. May Sale 12/05/2022(a) There are some light stains to the bodice, the skirt appears to be in good condition. There are some holes to the evening bag. (b) No visible stains but there is very slight wear to the bust area, side zip of 38 cms. (c) Good condition overall, rear zip 36 cms.

A graduated pearl necklace with 9ct clasp set with an oval sapphire measuring 3.5ct and surrounded by white stones, stamped 9ct, the largest pearl diameter 9mm, length 82cm.we believe this necklace is 1930/40's. The pearls are contemporary to the clasp. The pearls are generally dirty but good condition with good lustre and even colour.
A stylish 14K moonstone set cocktail ring, the cabochon stone measuring 13mm x 12mm, stamped 14K, makers mark CDL, size S/T, weight 6.8g.The stone has some light surface scratches and a deeper scratch to the edge of the stone which is barely visible to the naked eye. UK postage £15.20.
An early 20th century gold and platinum diamond and sapphire seven stone ring, the square octagon cut sapphire measuring 1.6ct approximately, the old cut diamonds each measure 0.07ct, size R/S, weight 3g.The sapphire has some very small edge chips. One corner has two chips only just visible to the naked eye. The table has some very tiny edge chips but only noticeable under a loupe. The diamonds are of irregular shape and cut. One has an edge chip but not noticeable. One diamond is set slightly lower.
