A Rare c1950's Johillco/ John Hill A Co diecast/lead 'Suitcase Robot' and Cherilea 'Journey into Space' figures and rockets etc, Suitcase Robot, in purple, with silver grill to front. From the famous Spacemen Robot line. Often described as the rarest in the set, the robot measures approx 6cm tall. Condition is physically very good (no breaks). very good condition, together with Johillco Mechanical Man figures, Cherilea Space Rockets and launchers, Cherilea Spacemen, two with original helmets, Cherilea Giant Worms & Lizard, etc.

A small quantity of unboxed vintage military related metal models, including sixteen unbranded aircraft models, the wingspan of the largest being approximately 75mm. Also included in this lot are two cannons, three unbranded mounted soldiers and some miniature and some larger metal soldier figures, the latter being marked 'Johillco', together with two miniature plastic rider on horseback figures. Condition of items varies, some with damage. (42)
Five unboxed Johillco metal models, including three 'Mack' style trucks, two with searchlights, the other having a mounted gun, all appear F, and two motorcycles, one having damaged handlebars. This lot also includes two miniature unboxed tinplate clockwork cars, possibly by Lehmann, both with damage/non-operational mechanisms and one missing key together with a chalk model of a Police Box. A Slightly Later Märklin Gauge I Beast Wagon, with swivelling ‘droplink’ type couplings and tinplate embossed 6-spoke wheels, the body with sliding doors to each side painted brown, with orange line to top and bottom, roof black and underframe green, G, some crazing to original varnish and playwear, together with a Johillco lead Tiger eminently suited to the model, painted in Tiger stripes (2)
