An early 20th Century French oak cased mantel clock, the eight day movement by Japy Freres of Paris, together with a Birkbeck College Department of Botany microscope in mahogany case and a circa 1900 Indian carved sandalwood box (for restoration) CONDITION REPORTS Carved box - lid is completely in pieces although parts to appear to be present, one foot is off but present, various pieces of carving in the box which fit in various places, some slivers of carving missing, some chips and losses - most pieces are present but may be some areas mising - a restoration project. Clock - we can make no guarantees as to whether or not this is complete nor whether in working order, case has wear, knocks, bumps, back door has areas of veneer missing. Telescope in use condition with scratches and knocks and box has scratches but appears sound.
