(5)Provenance: from the collection of the late Brian Page (1938-2018), the well-known Oriental art and antiques dealer from Brighton.Brian was a great fan of Bernard Leach and met and had tea with him on more than one occasion during the 1960s. The Leach connection is provided by the paper label stuck to one dish in Brian’s handwriting. It is not know when these were purchased.
