CONDITION REPORT: One corner of the house has a major loss and opposing corner has some rubbing to the glaze, hairline, the detachable roof cover has a major loss to one corner and a smaller one to the other. Also, one chimney is missing, generally with some nibbles and flaking to the paint throughout.
