Pair of 1950s/60s London Transport BUS/COACH STOP FLAGS, both 'boat'-style and both in heavily-used condition, comprising a Request Stop (18" x 15.5" - 46cm x 40cm) and an E3-size Coach Request Stop (18" x 21" - 46cm x 53cm) with runners removed, a partially-restored area on one side and two small holes on the top which appear to be official ones made by LT to take an additional sign. Selection (14) of 1930s-50s London Transport POSTERS & FARECHARTS comprising 6 for the 1946 Victory Celebrations (one double-royal, a small map of the parade, workman's tickets etc); 4 x 1930s/50s window posters re road works, fares; a 1950 double-royal 'Conditions of Issue of Tickets' (Railways) and a trio of 1950s RT-bus farecharts for routes 77/77B and 81A (office copies with official annotations). London Transport Routemaster BONNET FLEETNUMBER PLATE from RM 1606. The original RM 1606 entered service in 1963 at Dalston (D) garage on route 9, replacing RTLs, and the last bus to carry this number was withdrawn from service at Hackney (H) garage in 1986 and scrapped the following year. Comes with its original backing plate & hinges and is in very good, ex-use condition. [1]

The original RM 1697 entered service in 1963 at Cricklewood (W) garage and the last bus to carry this number was withdrawn from service at Enfield (E) garage in 1987 and scrapped the same year. London Transport coach stop enamel E-PLATE for Green Line route 704 destinated London Airport, Victoria, Tunbridge Wells. An unusual variant with the destinations occupying 5 lines. Windsor bus/coach station seems the most likely location. Very small blemishes at the edges, otherwise in very good, ex-use condition. [1]

1930s London Transport bronze OWNERSHIP PLATE 'London Passenger Transport Board' as affixed by the entrance to every bus garage owned by the Board. After 1948, the top halves of these signs were reversed just to show 'London Transport' but this one has been turned back to its original state. Comes with its original frame and has been screwed to a back-board for display. Measures 21" x 16'5" (53cm x 42cm) and is in very good, ex-use condition. [1]
Selection (4) of railway CARRIAGE PRINTS, all framed & glazed, comprising 'Maldon, Essex' and 'Blythburgh, nr Hales worth, Suffolk', both by Henry Denham and 'Westcliffe-on-Sea, Essex' by Charles King, all from the 1945-57 LNER/BR series and size approx 21" x 11" (54cm x 28cm) plus 'Travel in 1910 - London & North Western Railway Bus in Watford High Street' by c Hamilton Ellis from the 1951 BR (LMR) series, size 26" x 11" (66cm x 28cm). London Country bus stop enamel E-PLATE for route 400 destinated Belvedere via Heath Lane. This mid-1970s incarnation of the 400 number ran from Belvedere to either Longfield or Eynsford and this plate would probably have been located in Dartford town centre. A plate for the other direction was featured in our last sale. Minor blemishes but generally in very good, ex-use condition. [1]
London Transport enamel 'DOLLY' BUS STOP (Request), the complete unit including suitable pole and concrete base. The flag is double-sided and comprises two enamel plates in the original steel frame. 'Dolly' stops were used in temporary situations such as where a fixed stop had been damaged or a route temporarily diverted. The whole unit stands 63", 180cm, high. The head has a couple of small blemishes, touched in, but is otherwise very good and the pole & base are in good order. [1]

An unboxed Tri-ang TM3905 Pressed Steel Routemaster Bus model in red, approximately 58cm long. A later, hard to find, version of this bus with 'Tri-ang Railways' label to the nearside and 'Shell- One oil for all cars' on the offside, with 'Shell' logo labels on either side of the front destination label and 'London Transport' fleetname labels with a metallic finish to both sides. Overall model appears G, retaining its bell and clapper to the underside, but with some paint loss, fading, foxing to, and lifting of labels.
A hard to find boxed Tri-ang Pressed Steel TM3910 Single Decker Bus model in red, approximately 56cm long. Whilst the bell is present on the underside of the vehicle, the clapper is not and there is some paint loss across the vehicle, most particularly affected being the lower edges of the side panels on the offside. The vehicle still carries the 'London Transport' fleet name along with 'A5', to both sides, and Route Number '48A' to front and rear, generally overall G, housed in a G+ box.
A hard to find boxed Tri-ang Pressed Steel TM3910 Single Decker Bus model in 'Green Line' livery, approximately 56cm long. Overall this model appears G+/VG retaining its bell and clapper on the underside and with the original pull cord and toggle still attached, although it does have partial loss to some decals and a small dent in the roof. The vehicle is housed in a generally G+ box
Three boxed Tri-ang Minic clockwork Morris Van models, including a hard to find Minic Transport' Van in pale green, VG with key, in G+ box, another 'Minic Transport' Van in cream, F in P box and a Post Office Telephone Van, F with key in G box. Four unboxed. 'Push and Go' models are also included as part of this lot, all appearing G/G+, including two Morris Pick-Ups, approximately 9cm long, in orange and blue, and two smaller models – a Ford Squire in red and an Austin J2 Mini Bus in green (6)
Eight unboxed Tri-ang Minic tinplate vehicles, conditions vary, including an 73M Articulated Low Loader with Cable Drum Load, 60M London Bus and Routemaster Bus variants, the latter pair both with friction drive, together with a vintage wooden Garage which retains its roof sign and a later cardboard 'A' type, both with some parts missing. Four boxed items from the Tri-ang Minic Motorways range, including M.1803 London Transport Bus Garage, unchecked for completeness but does retain instruction sheet, housed in a generally G/G+ box, M.1545 Double Deck Bus with 'Go Well- Go Shell' ads, G in an overall G lidded box, a G, M.1546 Bedford TK Bale Lorry Box, which contains a Bedford Lorry, a flat lorry body and a Shell Tanker body, the latter with some damage to locating lugs on the underside of the tank together with an M.1542 Jaguar 3.4 in green which appears G+ although untested, as are all the motorised models in this lot, housed in G+ later style window box packaging. Three Tr-ang Minic Motorways Catalogues - 2nd, 3rd and 1966 editions, conditions of which vary, are also included as part of this lot. (7)
Eight boxed fashion dolls including four Barbie - 'Katiana Jimenez' (Ltd Edition), 'Exotic Beauty' (Collectors Edition), Teresa 'Cut 'N Style' and 'Route 66 Barbeque Bash', a Sindy 'Beach Party' doll, a Shakira 'Rockin Concert' doll and two Spice Girls dolls, all appear generally G+/VG and unopened in generally VG boxes although the outer packaging for the Spice Girls dolls do exhibit some signs of wear. This lot also includes six unboxed 'Girl Power' Spice Girls dolls, approximately 14cm tall, VG, together with a carded Spice Girls Tour Bus with friction drive, VG on VG card.(14)
Four boxed Indian diecast bus and coach models from the Milton/Maxwell group of companies, including #337 Routemaster Bus in a hard to find green/cream colour scheme, a copy of the Corgi model, #517 DD Bus in sea green 'Cadburys Krisp', #527 Mini Bus in blue and #528 Setra Coach in yellow.
