A vintage Louis Vuitton documents briefcase from the Porte Documents Voyage series. 1996, labelled 'NO0996'. Monogram canvas with natural leather and gold-coloured hardware. Having a pair of handles and a shoulder strap, a frontal slip pouch, the two sections of the interior secured by separate zippers, lined in leather and suede with multiple pouches and a zippered pocket, two padlocks present attached to the zippers (including keys), H30cm x W43cm x D11cm Condition Report: Overall in good condition. Some wear to the exterior including faint water marks and rubbing (mainly to the leather corners and trim). Oxidization and fading around some of the buttons and zippers and darkening of the padlocks. Zips function. Slight loose threads around the base of the handles. Some small spots of discolouration to the interior and minor losses to the leather lining, some crumbs and dust present consistent with age and usage. No obvious tears to the interior or exterior.Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any goods in which they are interested before the auction takes place.
