A pair of George III mahogany serpentine front knife boxes, with kingwood banding and stringing, the front with silver pierced escutcheons above a plume of feathers and a bright cut vacant shield, the interior with pierced matrices, 14.5in (37cm) h, 9in (22.7cm) w, 11in (28cm) d.
