A George IV brass bound rosewood toilet case, fitted with two mounted glass toilet jars, a rectangular mounted glass box and three mounts, (lacking glass bodies), a mounted inkwell and a larger similary mounted jar, all initialled (the rectangular covers pierced) by Archibald Douglas, London 1825 together with two later mounted toilet jars (different maker's and dates, one initialled) and another jar with plated cover and separate similar cover (initialled); assorted steel and plated manicure items, a steel corkscrew and scissors and a silver propelling pencil; the box with fitted leather covered trays and a fitted stationery wallet and toilet mirror to the cover, paper trade label and impressed stamp for D Edwards, No 21 King St, London, lock mechanism by Bramah, (with key) the sides with sunken brass handles, 13.5in (34.25cm).
