An Early Dug out Mortar & Two Coopered Containers of Various Kitchen Implements: A wool/flax comb with iron spiked teeth on a wooden board 19 ins (48 cms) in length. Two wooden handled iron slices 14½ ins and 17 ins (37 cms and 43 cms) in length. A wrought iron spoon with round bowl on hook end handle 17½ ins (44 cms) in length. A wrought iron lark spit basting spoon 15½ ins (39 cms) in length. A large iron ladle 19½ ins (50 cms) in length. The dug out mortar 10 ins (26 cms) high, 7½ ins (19 cms) in diameter. The coopered containers measuring 10 ins (25 cms) high x 10 ins (25 cms) diameter, and 9 ins (23 cms) high x 7½ ins (19 cms) diameter.[9] *
