1752 Indenture concerning property on Dirty Lane, Dublin and a legal bill for work carried out 1746-1771.

Indenture in ink on vellum, folded, 16 by 27 inches, single sheetbetween Ann Hendrick, spinster and Patrick Coffee, timber merchant, concerning premises on the west side of Dirty Lane. Dirty Lane was famous in 1803 as the location for Robert Emmet`s arms dump. With seals etc. Also a memorandum of costs of Thomas Woulfe, executor of Charles Hendrick`s Estate, presented to the attorney John Carroll 1764-1771, over 70 items detailed from making of a household inventory to eviction proceedings against one of Hendrick`s tenants, Reily of Thomas Street for non-payment of rent, 4pp, 16 x 6.5 inches.
