M: 15 jewel manual wind movement signed `Rolex Prima Timed 6 Positions`. C: Tonneau shape case with original diamond-set bezel &, "hooded", swivel lugs with two rose cut emeralds, fully hallmarked, signed R.W.C LTD & numbered, case length incl. lugs measures approx 37mm. S: Black textile strap.
