A 19th century fireman’s leather helmet, with front and back peaks, brass binding to the front peak and ear to ear band with diamond shaped studs at either end, integral comb with brass ventilator hole to the front, leather liner, basically GC (some wear, leather crazed and bubbled); a Vic fireman’s blue coat, made for a child, red bands to collar and cuffs, brass shoulder scales and buttons bearing helmet and crossed axes, label of Elkington Gravesend inside, and a matching pair of pigskin gloves with brass studs. GC (minor wear and moth)
