B., D.S.O., Northumberland FusiliersComprising a coloured portrait miniature in hallmarked silver case, 85mm x 67mm, the recipient wearing his Afghanistan and Ashanti Medals and with paper attribution to the reverse; circular portait photograph, with riband and wreath suspension to facilitate wear; hallmarked silver hip-flask casing, the upper section bearing a coat of arms and the lower with the inscription 'W. H. Sitwell. From Jacob Wilson, 20th Novr. 1881.', the glass inner lacking, very fine, together with 3 white metal commemorative medals. Subject to 20% VAT on Buyer’s Premium.
