AutographsCertainties in the County of Norfolk1577 (c.) a folio list of "Certayneties in the County of Norffolk payable tres Pasche & mens. Michaelis". The list commences with payments by bailiffs of hundreds, manors with some mention of individuals paying for specific manors. This list may have been compiled for the then current sheriff of Norfolk.This includes mention of Sir Thomas Gresham (founder of the Royal Exchange for the manor of Walsingham; Baron Morley (Sir Henry Parker) for the manor of Hockering, he left England in 1569, being a Catholic and regarded as a traitor; and Sir Thomas Mildmay is mentioned for the manor of Wrongaye.
