A silver and enamel cigarette case, Anton Kolar, Vienna, circa 1925, with domed lid enamelled en plein with a view of the sphinx with pyramids and camels, the border engraved with mummy heads and foliage on a cornflower blue ground, 8.3cm 3 1/4 in; a silver-gilt and enamel case, Nikoladoni, Frank & Comp., Vienna, the lid applied with an oval ivory panel carved with a Roman Emperor within green and gold plique-a-jour laurel on a striped ground; another, Stefan Kajtar, Vienna, with pierced flower basket on a burnt orange ground; and another, London import marks for 1929, pierced gem-set flower basket on simulated malachite and lapis enamel grounds, (4)
