This is a live breast cast made from plaster of paris of Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace.

Aisleyne says ""I am supporting the `Simply The Breast` project to encourage women to check themselves. My mum died at 54 years old for something that could have been stopped if she had known sooner. It`s important even young girls check themselves, I had a friend who was only 22 when she found out she has breast cancer. Boobs don`t define you as a woman, it`s not the sole factor of who you are, and I hope by having my breast cast displayed and auctioned, it helps raise awareness and funds for a very worthy cause"".

Aisleyne`s cast was decorated by artist Caroline Blake. "" I actually painted the cast ""live"" in a shop window in the Apex, Bury St Edmunds, to promote the cause. I wanted it to be bountiful, pink and vibrant, and full of life representing the strength and courage of people saying I am alive and out there- fighting cancer. I really enjoyed painting this beautiful cast as it made a great canvas!"".

The approximate size of this cast is 15 inches x 8 inches.

To post this item to you (1st class Special Delivery) a charge of £20 will need to added to this item. This item is also available to collect from Bury St Edmunds. Please state `post` or `collection` at time of payment.
