A Chinese bronze vessel, possibly for oil, 19th century, modelled as a mythical beasts with bird like head, with circular scrolling foilate cartouches to the flat body, foliate scroll handle and bird finial to cover, on four shaped feet, height 8 cm, together with a miscellaneous quantity of items to include a Chinese bronze square plaque, decorated with script, in archaic style, width 8 cm, another Chinese bronze plaque finely decorated with flowering foliage, Chinese metal coins, a Chinese metal pendant, a Chinese white jade disk, a Japanese steel handle, finely decorated with embossed gilded metal birds and foliage, a Japanese metal pendant finely decorated with embossed gilded metal birds and foliage, with three Japanese Samuri tsuba metal guard fitments, one finely decorated with embossed gilded metal foliage, (a lot).
