A guage one locomotive and tender Great Western Railway Achilles on a track in glass cabinet built around turn of the century by Tony Hall-Patch past chairman of Gauge 1 Model Railway SocietyConstruction started in the 1990’s and took a number of years. All of my fathers engines were made to run (he was a mechanical engineer by training).. He had the engine repainted professionally and kept for display in the last years of his life.
