1. Knight’s Cross of the Cross for Military Merit with Swords (Ritterkreuz des Kriegsverdienstkreuzes mit Schwertern) 61x56 mm, decoration in Silver as
a Maltese cross with pebbled arms and polished borders, obverse centre medallion with Swastika within oak wreath, reverse centre medallion with the
institution’s date “1939”, also within oak wreath, circular suspension ring connected to the cross by means of two grooved prongs, grooved, tapering
ribbon ring and original, neck ribbon, the lower arm, struck with the mark “1” of Deschler u. Sohn, München and the silver mark “900”. A beautiful,
very rare decoration, excellent quality and condition, with a sound provenance.
2. German Cross in Silver (Deutsches Kreuz in Silber) 63,6x63,2 mm, Cupal-alloy double star with silver-plated and toned rays, large centre medallion
with silver, “frosted” finish bearing black enameled swastika within red enameled thin border and silver-plated laurel wreath tied by polished ribands,
smooth reverse with broad, tapering pin and six convex rivets, holding together the various elements. A beautiful, extremely rare piece with all the
typical details to determine the manufacture of the renowned firm of Deschler u. Sohn, München in the “6-rivets version”, very similar to that made by
Gebr. Godet & Co. Berlin., excellent condition, attractive patina and a sound provenance.

3. Iron Cross I Class – Repeated award bar 1939, 45x30 mm, Silver-plated brass with the Nazi eagle with spreaded wings, resting on the Swastika
within oak wreath, above a trapezoidal bar, bearing the date “1939”; smooth reverse, fitted with vertical pin.
A very fine piece of this decoration, attesting the award of the Iron Cross I Class, 1939, to brave soldiers who received the same award during WW1,
excellent condition, minor signs of wear and a sound provenance.
4. Iron Cross II Class – Repeated award bar 1939, 303 mm, Silver-plated brass with the Nazi eagle with spreaded wings, resting on the Swastika
within oak wreath, above a trapezoidal bar, bearing the date “1939”, smooth reverse, fitted with four metal splinters and mounted on a piece of ribbon
of the Iron Cross II Class, 1914.
A very fine piece of this decoration, attesting the award of the Iron Cross II Class, 1939, to those brave soldiers who received the same award during
WW1, excellent condition, minor signs of wear, nice patina and a sound provenance.
5. Combat Badge of the Anti Aircraft Artillery of the Air Force
(Flak-Kampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe), 65x45 mm, Silver-plated and patinated “Neusilber”, depicting an 88 mm. Antiaircraft gun pointing to the sky,
within oak wreath and the “flying eagle” of the German Luftwaffe above, smooth reverse bearing the maker’s mark of Assmann u. Söhne, Lüdenscheid
and vertical, round pin.
A beautiful piece of this badge in an early version (later, they were made of zinc alloy), made by one of the best German makers, excellent condition,
beautiful patina and a sound provenance.
6. Lapel or neck tie pin of the Luftwaffe. For wear on civilian clothes, a 1st type Luftwaffe 29x28 mm, eagle made of gilt brass, indicating the wearer
as a General officer, smooth reverse, with vertical, round fastening pin, no maker’s mark, but most probably a production of Assmann & Söhne,
Lüdenscheid.
A rare, curious piece, excellent condition and a sound provenance. E. Zenetti entered service in the German Armed Forces in 1903 as a Bavarian Artillery
ensign, reaching the rank of Lieutenant in 1905, he took part to WW1 as an artillery officer and regimental-adjutant and later as a brigade-adjutant, rising
to the rank of Stabsoffizier and commander of an artillery battalion, until the end of the hostilities in 1918.
In the newly-formed Reichswehr, he took many commands in the Artillery until 1934, when he entered the new Luftwaffe, occupying important
commanding posts within the Höhere Luftamt, later taking the staff of the Luftkreis-Kommando II, Berlin, Commander of the Luftgau 15 Stuttgart and
from 1938, as commander general and “Befehlshaber” of the Luftgau VII in Munich until 1944 when, due to his suddenly failing health needed to enter
the military hospital, where he was also during the days of the German defeat, dying on June 23rd, 1945 at the Military Hospital of Bad Kohlgrub.
The hereby offered group of orders and decorations belonged to General Zenetti arrived until today by direct descent and are what survived within
his family after the consequences and losses due to war circumstances. Such groups, especially if belonged to general officers, rank among the greatest
rarities in the collecting world.

Participation in the auction implies unconditional acceptance of these present conditions of sale:
Article 1: The sale is executed strictly for cash in Euro. Nevertheless, in order to make possible a rapid execution of the sale, a coupon will be established for each purchaser.
These coupons are payable at the end of each day’s sale. The buyer of any lot shall provide bank references or pay the full purchase price, or a fractional deposit as may be determined
at the discretion of the auctioneer. BIDDERS UNKNOWN TO US MUST DEPOSIT A BANK GUARANTEE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE AUCTION!
Article 2: The adjudication is awarded to the person who made the highest offer. Any litigation cancels the adjudication and the lot will immediately be put up again up of for sale.
Article 3: As viewing of the lots allows a potential buyer to ascertain condition and authenticity, no claims will be accepted after the sale. For all lots with mention “Please inspect”
viewing is imperative, no claims of any kind will be accepted after the sale!
Article 4: The purchaser will pay a buyer’s premium of 27% in which the VAT of 20% on the commission is included.
Article 5: For any delay in payment of the total amount of the purchase prices, the auction house will charge interest at 5% per month. PAYMENT IS DUE 15 DAYS AFTER

Article 6: All the information and descriptions appearing in the catalogue are given with full knowledge and conscience. No claims will be accepted after the sale.
Article 7: Every purchaser is responsible for the purchase effected in his name. He cannot contend that he had acted for the account of a third party.
Article 8: The prices indicated in the catalogue constitute THE STARTING PRICES IN EURO. It can happen that the prices obtained may be much higher than these prices.
Article 9: Higher bids must be spoken aloud or made by signs expressing unequivocally the wishes of the bidder. The legal bailiff reserves to himself the right to refuse offers
coming from unknown purchasers.
Article 10: The amount of the bid increases is usually fixed at 10%. However, the legal bailiff may modify those percentages subject to prior announcement.
