Buyers Premium
The buyer will pay a premium of 15% plus VAT on the hammer price for each lot.
Internet Bidding
This is a live auction held in conjunction with www.the-saleroom.com an additional charge of 3% plus VAT of the hammer price is made for internet bidding, making a premium of 18% plus VAT on these items.
Viewing will be on Thursday the 10th July 10am - 4pm, and on the morning of the same from 9am.

Each lot sold at this auction will be illustrated on the website and the online catalogue, all lots are sold as seen, and the auctioneers will not accept any responsibility for any errors of description, viewing is highly recommended. Our private car park is across the road from the saleroom and can accommodate up to 300 vehicles.
Refreshments
The market canteen will be open to provide refreshments on the viewing day, Thursday July 10th and the day of the sale Friday July 11th.
Terms & Conditions
CONDITIONS OF SALE – FURNITURE
1. The highest bidder to be the purchaser, and if any dispute arise as to the last or highest bidder, the lot in dispute to be put up again and re-sold.
2. The bidding to be regulated by the Auctioneer as the sale proceeds.
3. No bidding to be retracted after it has been received, each lot to be at the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold, and to be paid for before removal or immediately after the fall of the hammer if required.
4. Each lot will be sold subject to all faults or errors of description nor will the sale of any lot be deemed a reason of any such fault or error of descriptions.
5. The purchaser shall pay to the Auctioneers in addition to the purchase money 15% commission plus VAT on each lot.
6. An additional 3% commission will be added to any items purchased through www.the-saleroom.com
7. Should any purchaser fail to comply with these conditions, his or her lots will be re-sold by Public Auction or private contract at the option of the Auctioneer, any loss accruing by such second sale, together with all expenses attending the same , shall be made good by the de-faulter at this present sale and be recoverable as and for liquidated damage.
