CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ROOM, ONLINE AND LIVE AUCTIONS
1. The sale is strictly for cash in Euro to the highest bidder.
2. Nomisma who sells on behalf of a third parties with a regular sale commission.
3. The description of lots, their condition and rarity, are a personal opinion, in any case, the lots can be examinated by customers in the day preceding the auction and in the day of the sale. No claim will be considered after the sale regarding condition, description and classification and for items composed with more coins.
4. The authenticity of the coins is guaranteed and without defects unless otherwise stated. Any claim will be considered only if presented within 30 days after the sale (for the coins sent by mail will be considered the date of the postal office). After 30 days we are not responsible. For every claim, acknowledged within 30 days, our responsibility is limited to the sum paid by the the bidder.
5. The sale opens at the estimated value.
6. The buyers must add 18% to the last price realised as a premium for the sale.
7. Every bidder present in the sale room, if not known by Auctioneer, must be recommended.
8. The Auctioneer can combine, divide or withdraw any lot and he can change the order of sale.
9. If any dispute arises during the knowing-down, the Auctioneer can put the lot again during the same session, starting from the last bid.
10. Every bidder is direcly responsible for his purchases and he can’t claim that he acted for another person.
11. The lots sold to bidders present in the sale room must be taken and paid within 24 hours. Property of lots is not transferred till full payment. The auctioneer can solve the contract if unpaid. Shipping to mail bidders will be executed only after the payment; the lots are mailed at the cost, risk and peril of the purchaser. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be added with a rate of 1% per month. Registered and insured mail will be sent abroad following the international rates and rules. Nomisma will fullfill the shipment by post with the conditions and limits provided for by the shipping service; the buyer can choose another shipping method at his own risk.Note that for USA, Germany and Great Britain postal insurance is not avalaible and every shipping will be sent via registered mail. Please, note that San Marino is not in european community. Parcels will be sent at cost. The shipping rates are calculated as follows (for each shipping): ITALY up to 50,00 EUR shipping fee 8,00 EUR; up to 250,00 EUR shipping fee 10,00 EUR; up to 500,00 EUR shipping fee 13,00 EUR; up to 1.000,00 EUR shipping fee 15,00 EUR; up to 2.000,00 EUR shipping fee 17,00 EUR; up to 3.000,00 EUR shipping fee 23,00 EUR; over 3.000,00 EUR shipping fee 25,00 EUR. ABROAD up to 250,00 EUR value 12,00 EUR, up to 500,00 EUR value 15,00 EUR , up to EUR 1,000.00 value EUR 20.00, value above € 1.000,00 € 25,00. These rates are flat.
12. At parity of value, mail bid will be preferred to the room bid.
13. A bid to this auction implies total acceptance of these conditions.
14. The italian text is the only autorithative, the translation being made only as an help for the bidder. For any dispute, the court of San Marino is competent.

CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA ASTE ONLINE, ASTE DI SALA & LIVE
1. Le vendite si intendono per contanti in Euro ed al miglior offerente.
2. Nomisma vende per conto di terzi dai quali ha ricevuto regolare mandato di vendita ed è quindi responsabile nei confronti degli acquirenti e dei conferenti unicamente quale mandatario.
3. La descrizione dei lotti, lo stato di conservazione e la rarità degli stessi sono indicati secondo una valutazione personale, comunque i lotti stessi sono esposti, a disposizione degli interessati, il giorno precedente l’Asta, nonché all’atto della vendita stessa. Pertanto nessun reclamo sarà ammesso ad aggiudicazione avvenuta per quanto si riferisce allo stato di conservazione, descrizione e classificazione e per tutto ciò che riguarda i lotti multipli.
4. Quanto offerto è garantito autentico e, salvo indicazione contraria, privo di difetti occulti. Qualsiasi reclamo sarà preso in considerazione solo se presentato entro 30 giorni dall'asta e comunque prima che Nomisma spa abbia effettuato il pagamento al conferente. In caso di contestazione, presentata e convalidata entro quanto prescritto, ogni obbligo o responsabilità sarà limitato al solo rimborso al compratore della somma da lui effettivamente pagata, esclusa ogni altra pretesa.
5. La base d’Asta è la stima indicata per ciascun lotto. Gli scatti minimi sono regolati dal Direttore della vendita.
6. Al prezzo di aggiudicazione, che avverrà alla terza chiamata, sono da aggiungere i diritti d’asta in ragione del 18%.
7. Ogni partecipante all'asta presente in sala non conosciuto deve presentare idonee referenze.
8. Il Direttore d’asta si riserva il diritto di raggruppare, dividere o ritirare i lotti ed eventualmente variarne l’ordine.
9. In caso di contestazione durante un’aggiudicazione, il Direttore della vendita si riserva il diritto di rimettere il lotto in discussione nuovamente all’incanto, nella seduta stessa, sulla base dell’ultima offerta raccolta.
10. Ogni partecipante è personalmente responsabile degli acquisti effettuati e non può pretendere di aver agito per conto di terzi.
11. I lotti aggiudicati in sala devono essere pagati e ritirati dall’acquirente a sua cura e rischio entro 24 ore dalla vendita. La proprietà dei lotti aggiudicati non viene trasferita fino all'integrale pagamento. Nomisma spa si riserva in ogni momento di risolvere il contratto unilateralmente in caso di inadempimento anche parziale. Le spedizioni degli ordini ricevuti per posta verranno evase solo dopo pagamento anticipato; Nomisma effettuerà le spedizioni col servizio postale e con i limiti e termini del servizio stesso salvo che l acquirente non richieda espressamente un diverso servizio assumendosene rischi e costi. La merce viaggerà a spese, rischio e pericolo del committente. Per le fatture non pagate entro 30 giorni saranno addebitati gli interessi in ragione dell’1% mensile. Le spedizioni in Italia viaggiano attraverso il sistema postale assicurate per l'intero valore fino ad euro 3.000,00 per ciascun invio. Perciò le spese vengono come di seguito calcolate per ciascun invio: ITALIA fino a euro 50,00 spese postali euro 8,00; fino a euro 250,00 spese postali euro 10,00; fino a euro 500,00 spese postali euro 13,00; fino a euro 1.000,00 spese postali euro 15,00; fino a euro 2.000,00 spese postali euro 17,00; fino a euro 3.000,00 spese postali euro 23,00; sopra euro 3.000,00 spese postali euro 25,00. ESTERO fino a euro 250,00 spese postali euro 12,00; fino a euro 500,00 spese postali euro 15,00; fino a euro 1.000,00 spese postali euro 20,00; sopra euro 1.000,00 spese postali euro 25,00. Queste tariffe sono forfettarie. Per i contrassegni aggiungere euro 2,00 per ciascun invio.
12. A parità di valore, le offerte per corrispondenza avranno la precedenza sulle offerte in sala, tenendo conto dell’ordine d’arrivo. I concorrenti all'asta per corrispondenza possono informarsi dell'esito delle loro offerte telefonando, a partire da tre giorni lavorativi dopo la chiusura dell'asta, allo 0549/904012. Nomisma spa non si assume alcuna responsabilità nell’informare i clienti dell'esito delle loro offerte.
13. La partecipazione all’Asta implica l’integrale accettazione delle presenti condizioni di vendita.
14. Il testo in Italiano fa fede e la traduzione in inglese è una semplice comodità degli interessati. Per ogni controversia, il foro competente è quello di San Marino.
