Drawn for the 1953 reissue of the ''Little House'' series, this proof print features the soft lines and warmth that Williams was known for in all his work, including ''Charlotte's Web'' and ''Stuart Little''. Sketch measures 3'' x 4.75'', the same size it appeared in the series, and is initialed in ink by Williams; ''3.16672'' is penciled on verso. Near fine condition.
