Baseball Memorabilia World Champions 1985 Kansas City Royals Signed Baseball -- Team Won The World Series That Year Baseball signed by members of the iconic world champion 1985 Kansas City Royals baseball team. The team had an incredible run that year, coming back from 3-1 deficit in both the ALCS and World Series, and they remain the only team to accomplish such a feat. The Royals were led by future Hall of Famer George Brett, and the team also featured Cy Young winner and World Series MVP Bret Saberhagen, as well as solid role players Willie Wilson, Frank White, Steve Balboni, Mark Gubicza and Charlie Leibrandt. All of these players sign the ball, along with other members of the Royals team and coaching staff. Rawlings American League ball contains the signatures in black and blue ink. Near fine. With an LOA from MLB player Lynn Jones.
