This example of Dr. Seuss' beloved tale of the villainous Grinch and his plans to spoil an entire town's holiday contains all relevant points, including the list of 13 titles on one of the last leaves and 14 titles listed on the rear flap of the 250/250 unclipped dustjacket. Unpaginated story is bound in pictorial paper boards. Measures 8.25'' x 11.25''. Wear to board edges, else fine. With dustjacket in near fine condition save for some wear to edges. A scarce first printing of a beloved classic in near fine condition.
