CONDITION REPORTS
Is in used condition, colour is quite faded, there is a large split across the top of the box through the centre section running vertically from one side to the other, has knocks and bumps to all edges and corners conducive with age, there is a large slither along the back lower left corner of approx. 5 x 2 cm missing and apporx. half the beading to the right-hand side is missing along bottom edge. Clearly appears to have had some restoration, certainly hinges look like replacements, other areas may well have been replaced - some of the cogs look reasonably new and are probably replacements (see photos). Lid has a small section of damage to the beading on the inner square of approx. 1 x 0.5 cm and there are some other knocks along the edges. Cannot guarantee is in working order. All discs appear to be in very used condition, with some signs of wear and use throughout, with surface scratching, denting etc. Two teeth missing from comb, and some teeth bent. Disc size 34.5cm approx. Disc appeared to play when tried out, but orphenion may require some attention. We can make no guarantees as to whether or not in working order, nor whether complete.
