A ROCKINGHAM TEAPOT, COVER AND STAND, SUCRIER AND COVER AND CREAM JUG of single spur handle shape, painted with vignettes reserved on a grey ground of gilt seaweed in gilt border, teapot and cover 20cm h, c1838-42 ++Handle of teapot broken off in one piece and neatly re-stuck with tiny loss in the crevices, the jug handle with old overpainted restoration but in otherwise well preserved and attractive state with only two tiny pinhead sized spots of flaking of the enamel on one of the two vignettes on the sucrier
