A DERBY TEAPOT AND COVER of slightly compressed globular form with pinecone knop and wishbone handle, enamelled with scattered sprigs and a band of pink shaded husk swags suspended from gilt paterae, 16.5cm h, gilt conjoined anchor and D, c1775 ++Slight glaze scratches and wear in particular on the cover, a few small nicks on the tip of the spout, wear to the gilding on the handle, no restoration
