A WORCESTER HOP TRELLIS PATTERN REEDED TEA BOWL AND SAUCER enamelled in Sèvres style with red berried green pendulous foliage between gilt hop poles, a circle of bleu celeste `roe` in the centre, the blue and gilt border with dentil rim, saucer 12.5cm diam, c1775 A Worcester teapot, cover and stand decorated with the same version of the Hop Trellis pattern is illustrated Spero and Sandon, op cit, plt 371. Pinhead sized nick on the underside of the foot ring of the teabowl. In fine condition
