Brodie, (1938-45 ) comprising of Royal Artillery service peak cap, tunic, trousers and greatcoat; another 'RA' service tunic; a pair of brown leather ankle boots; 'RA' dark blue dress tunic with high collar; a pair of trews; 'RA' black dress tunic (partial red lapels), a waistcoat, trousers with red stripe; a matching officers peak and side caps; a pair of black leather ankle boots with spurs; 'Highland Light Infantry' dark blue dress jacket with high collar; 'HLI' red dress jacket with bullion braid epaulettes; 'HLI' Officers Glengarry; a waistcoat and matching trews; two pairs of khaki shorts; a pair of white spats; a brown leather sword frog; two pistol holsters (one brown leather); a leather wallet with diary; a pair of cloth slip-on epaulettes and various metal and cloth pips in a pouch; a shirt collar in original packet and two drill manuals. Most of the clothing labelled 'Wm Anderson & Sons Ltd., Edinburgh & Glasgow', with tin travelling trunk. Note: In the post war years Capt. Brodie was a G.P. in Glasgow
