Mark Hill Auctions is a boutique auction house based in a Grade II listed Georgian building in the historic and beautiful Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells, in the heart of Kent. 

Our seller's commission and buyer's premium are amongst the lowest in the business, with no hidden extras. 

Seller's Commission & Buyer's Premium:

15% + VAT up to £500

12.5% + VAT in excess of £500 up to and including £2,500

10% + VAT for the excess over £2,500

Sellers also pay a £10 + VAT Lotting Fee per lot.

We also offer a retail sales option through our partner, Scottish Antiques Ltd, and their luxuriously appointed Galleria.
