The menu with raised silver club emblem of the Prince of Wales feathers and titles to front cover, inside pages with Toast List and Menu and photograph of the team. Signed to rear cover by seven members of the Surrey team. Signatures are E.Bedser, A.Bedser, Stewart, Willett, McIntyre, Cox and Swetman etc. VG
