The menu with raised silver club emblem of the Prince of Wales feathers and titles to front cover, inside pages with Toast List and Menu. Signed to inside and rear cover by eight of the guests including odd member of the Surrey team. Signatures include Barton, Ridd, Mustard, Champendale, Cluttinden etc. VG
