Die Vers-Trennungen hervorgehoben mit Rosetten in Gold, die juz' sind markiert von großen Medaillons in Gold, Blau und Rot. Texteinfassung in Gold und Blau. Ein Blatt mit Marginalien in roter Tinte. - Stellenweise geringe Verwischungen, ein Blatt mit kleinem Loch im Rahmen, einige kleinere marginale Schäden. - Zur Mameluken-Periode und speziell Koranen aus dieser Zeit siehe detailliert das Standardwerk von D. James. - 12 text lines on each page written in Muhaqqaq with black ink. Single words are in gold. The verse separations are highlighted by golden rosettes, dotted with red and blue. The juz' are marked by large marginal medallions in gold, blue and red, the framing is in gold and blue. On one leaf there are marginalia in Naskh with red ink.
