A last quarter of the 19th Century Silver Cased Open Face Fob Watch, the frosted gilt and jewelled ¾ plate movement with blued steel screws and mono-metallic balance, to a fancy Roman enamel dial with outside minute track and gilt spade hands, in a hinged case with all over engraved back and band, and centred with a vacant cartouche, bearing hallmark for Birmingham 1885, Maker’s Mark JW and numbered 42181, width 1 5/8” 1100.
