This charming drawing shows a view on a typical English cottage in the countryside. The men are fixing a fence, whilst the children are sat in the garden wearing their Sunday best. It is a very delightful drawing of an idyllic Sunday in the English countryside.

The drawing is in good condition with some signs of wear. There is some foxing as well as traces of the framing around the border. The reverse also shows some staining. The dimensions framed are 40.5 x 50 cm and the dimensions of the paper are 25 x 35.3 cm.

Die Zeichnung ist in einem guten Zustand mit Altersspuren. Das Blatt zeigt Stockflecken und Rahmungsspuren. Auf der Rückseite sind ebenfalls Altersflecken zu erkennen. Die Gesamtmaßebetragen gerahmt 40,5 x 50 cm und ohne Rahmen 25 x 35,3 cm.
