WRIGHT FRANK LLOYD: (1867-1959) American Architect, Designer and Writer. Wright created an architectural philosophy he named Organic Architecture. His work Fallingwater (1935) is widely considered the best work of American architecture, and the American Institute of Architects recognized him in 1991 as "The Greatest American Architect of all time". D.S., `Franck Lloyd Wright´, being a signed 8 x 3.5 cheque, Spring Green, Wisconsin, 20th November 1947. The partially printed cheque is drawn at the Farmers State Bank and is made payable to Herman ins, P.M., for the sum of 89.10. Signed by Wright in his capacity as President of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, in bold black ink, with his name alone. With one bank cancellation, not affecting the signature. Attractively matted in white, beneath a colour 7 x 3 drawing, showing the Cottage Studio for Ayn Rand by Wright. Framed in wood and glazed to an overall size of 13 x 13.5. EX £300-400

Shipment

Once payment has been received in full we will be delighted to mail your puurchases to you. Lots are securely packed in house and shipments are generally made through the Royal Mail using one of their tracked services which will require a signature upon delivery. Overseas deliveries are sent via insured air mail will also require a signature upon delivery. If you require your package to be sent via couriers such as FedEx or DHL please advise us as this will incur additional costs.
