The document refers to the grant of a patent letter which they are sending to their correspondent in Valladolid, stating `..We are ordering that they send their parliamentary representatives to wherever we may be on twentieth of November next coming..´ further saying `..you endeavor and grant that they choose their parliamentary representatives among those who seem to you have the better intentions…and that the powers they bring are very complete and in accordance with our said patent letter..´ Countersigned by Miguel Perez de Almazán. The letters bears a very attractive watermark showing a hand. With an extensive contemporary annotation to the verso. Few extremely small holes not affecting the signatures.
