LEEB WILHELM VON : (1876-1956) German field Marshal. At the end of WWII Leeb was tried in the Nuremberg Trials as war criminal. He commanded the North Army which advanced towards Leningrad, his troops being accused of committing atrocities against the population. Signed postcard photograph by von Leeb, the image depicting the German field-Marshal, in a head and shoulders pose, wearing his Nazi uniform. Signed in bold black ink to a clear area of the image.
