A LITTLE USED GEBRUDER MERKEL 12-BORE / 9,3X64R BOXLOCK NON-EJECTOR DRILLING, serial no. 956158, 25 3/4in. nitro barrels with matt rib, open sights and bead foresight, the breech-end mounted with a Carl Zeiss Diatal D 2x16 4x32 telescopic sight in quick-detachable mounts, shot chambers with 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 3/4 and full choke, scroll-back bolstered treble-grip action with side-clips, set trigger, gold cocking-indicators, manual side-safety, top-strap with a 'shot' or 'ball' selector switch, border and scroll engraving, retaining virtually full original colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/2in. pistolgrip stock with cheekpiece, leather comb pad, horn pistolgrip-cap and 3/4in. rubber recoil pad, weight 9lbs. 3oz., in a plastic travel case. The rifle was completed in August 1969
