GEBRUDER MERKEL 12-BORE 'MOD 303E' DOUBLE-TRIGGER OVER AND UNDER HAND-DETACHABLE SIDELOCK EJECTOR, serial no. 20905, 28in. Boehler-steel nitro barrels with 8mm raised matt rib and wooden side-fillets, rear lump stamped 'KREIGHOFF. ULM', 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, quadruple-grip action with side-bolsters, manual safety, cocking-indicators, hand-detachable lockplates with concealed flush release lever, articulated front trigger, action and lockplates profusely engraved with bold scroll and floral engraving with beaded borders, silver finish overall, 14 3/4in. well-figured semi-pistolgrip stock, weight 7lb. 3oz.. The gun was completed in February 1970 and appears to be lightly used
