A PAIR OF 60-BORE PERCUSSION BOXLOCK POCKET PISTOLS SIGNED THO.S FLETCHER, GLOUCESTER, circa 1850, 7in. overall, with turn-off rifled octagonal barrels each signed 'THO.S FLETCHER, GLOUCESTER' on the top flat and engraved with a band of foliage at the muzzle, one pistol retaining slight traces of original blued finish, silver fore-sights, scroll engraved actions each incorporating the rear-sight and retaining slight traces of original case-hardened finish, folding triggers, finely chequered figured walnut butts each with silver band around the edge of the flat pommel and silver oval on the underside, and silver escutcheons, Birmingham proof marks.
