Mildmay, lined in gilt (3) * Francis Bingham Mildmay (1861-1947) a director of the Great Western Railway, was elected member for the Totnes Division of Devon in 1885 and represented the seat until 1922. A Liberals initially, he sat for the Unionists in 1910 and Conservatives from 1912.
