We advise that all items purchased must be paid for by 16.00 on the Thursday following the Auction & arrangements made for their collections/delivery. All items not collected by that time will be removed at the purchaser's risk to storage & charges will apply.
If you cannot collect your item(s) we may be able to facilitate by organising delivery or recommending couriers. Shipping enquiries are dealt with by emailing Margaret at mgt@hegartyantiques.com.
Postal & Courier deliveries are subject to an additional charge for handling & packing, plus value added tax on the total amount, chargeable at the prevailing rate (currently 23%). For postal deliveries of packages we typically charge €30 for handling & packing + the local postal cost + VAT. All deliveries are solely at the purchaser's risk and expense.
Delivery of smaller items may be expected within two to three weeks following payment of invoice. Delivery of furniture may be expected within three to six weeks following payment of invoice. Delivery of paintings may be expected within three to five weeks following payment of invoice if building of customised crates is required. The process of packaging and shipping begins the first Friday immediately following each sale.
